For iPhone. Free. No account.
Log sets. Rest. Repeat.
Volu(me) is a strength tracker for iPhone that works without an account. Pick a plan, log each set with the last weight already filled in, rest with a timer on your lock screen, and watch your plan move forward every time you finish.
Free. No account, no ads, no tracking. Your data stays on your phone.
How it works
Three screens, one habit
-
01
Plan
Pick a split for 2 to 6 days a week or build your own. Run it in rotation or pin workouts to weekdays. Every workout stays editable.
-
02
Log
Today shows the workout to do. Tick a set and the rest timer starts, on the lock screen and in the Dynamic Island. Last session’s weights are already filled in.
-
03
Progress
Records light up the moment they happen. Weekly sets per muscle count toward your targets, and every session stays in a history you can edit.
Features
Everything a logbook should do
Built for the gym floor: big numbers, one tap per set, and nothing to set up between workouts.
-
Plans that move forward
Rotation or pinned to weekdays. Templates for Push / Pull / Legs, Upper / Lower and a five-day split, or an empty plan of your own.
-
Today, as one block
The workout to do, a start button, a skip, a recap when it is done and what comes next. A quick workout outside the plan is one tap away.
-
A set ledger with prefill
Weights and reps from last time are already in the row. Change a number or tick the set as it is.
-
Rest timer where you look
The countdown lives on the lock screen and in the Dynamic Island, with plus and minus ten seconds, and a notification when rest is over.
-
Records as they happen
A new best set or a new one-rep max is marked in amber the moment you tick it.
-
Weekly sets per muscle
Stats counts sets against your targets for the muscle groups you track, with a floor of ten a week.
-
Notes, tiles, planner
A note kept with each exercise, up to three tiles of your choice on Today, and a week planner in Plan settings.
-
History you can edit
Every session is there to reopen, fix and delete. A JSON backup to Files is always free.
-
No account
Nothing leaves your phone. The one exception is iCloud sync into your own iCloud, and only if you turn it on.
Screens
Dark, dense, readable at arm’s length

FAQ
Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Plans, logging, stats, records, the rest timer and the backup are free with no limits, no trial and no ads. Pro is a separate, optional purchase for four connections: iCloud sync, restore from backup, Siri and Apple Health.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up and no login. The app never sends your data anywhere. If you turn on iCloud sync, the data goes into your own iCloud, which we cannot read.
Where is my data?
On your iPhone. You can save a full backup as a file to the Files app at any time, for free.
Can I move to a new iPhone?
Yes. Either turn on iCloud sync on both phones, or restore a backup file. Both are Pro features, so on a new phone one month of Pro is enough to bring everything over.
Does it work offline?
Always. The app has no network access of its own. iCloud sync, if you use it, catches up when you are back online.
Which languages does the app speak?
English, for now. Russian is planned; this site already comes in both.
Which iPhones and iOS versions?
iPhone with iOS 18 or later. The rest timer on the lock screen works on every supported iPhone; the Dynamic Island on the models that have one.
